Dan was admitted to the Roll as a Solicitor with Higher Rights of Audience (Civil) in October 2021.
Before becoming a Solicitor, Dan qualified as a Barrister and was called to the Bar of England and Wales by Lincoln’s Inn in 2014. He has a wealth of advocacy experience, developed by representing claimants and defendants in courts all over the country in a range of civil proceedings.
In 2016, Dan secured an employed position as an in-house advocate for a nationwide advocacy provider. He enhanced his advocacy credentials whilst developing his litigation and drafting capabilities. Dan then progressed within the firm, becoming a manager in 2018 and subsequently the head of the litigation department in 2021.
Dan has been an associate lecturer in law at Edge Hill University since 2015 and has more than seven years of post-qualification experience. Dan recently qualified as a Solicitor with Higher Rights to provide a comprehensive service to clients, from initial advice to representation at trial.
